It's new year day of 2019. After recovering from NYE Party at my home, I woke up with pain in my legs and feet. I was barely able to navigate the stairs in my house. After giving it a thought, I figured that, the pain was more due to lack of activity, than anything else.
So, I got up, had my morning tea, and hit the road. The legs were painful, however, I kept going. Eventually, I completed a 2.8 Mile walk around my neighborhood. When I returned home, the pain was gone, actually.
I am feeling very good about it.
I am using Strava app to track my progress. Taking inspiration from my friend (on the condition of his anonymity), I am pledging 600 Miles of Walk for 2019 (365 days * 2 Miles a day = 730 miles, give-and-take a few).
