Do not do it right after a meal. Wait for at least an hour.
1. Take 3 deep breaths.
2. Intention (silently):
“Calm my body, soften my digestion, restore balance.”3. Go in this order, 2 minutes each. Affirmation: “My digestion is calm, steady, and balanced.”

- Sacral Chakra
- Throat Chakra
