Distance Healing Using Reiki

DisclaimerDistance Reiki is possible only with the symbols. If you are not attuned for symbols, then please do not try to look them up online or elsewhere. Best way to obtain the symbols is: proper attunement from a teacher/guide.

Distance Healing to a Person

  1. Set up time with the person, and make sure he/she is available and ready for the healing.

  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy. Also, mention the person’s name, and intention (General purpose or some specific need).

  3. Draw the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the air, next to your heart chakra.

  4. Chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  5. Imagine a bridge between you and that person.

  6. Use your left leg to represent the person’s front side of the body.

  7. Use your right leg to represent the person’s back side of the body.

  8. If it is a general, overall reiki healing: Using the other two symbols, do the reiki session. Remember to use your right leg when dealing with heart chakra.

  9. If it is a specific healing, then do the above step only to the corresponding chakra (of course, on your leg).

  10. Once the session is complete, then draw the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the air, next to your heart chakra again, and/or chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  11. Say the affirmation that the reiki session is complete and successful.

  12. Cut the communication channel.

  13. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.

Distance Healing to a Person - Wishful Suggestion

  1. This type of healing is meant for a person who is not really accessible, hence, this is more like a wishful suggestion.

  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.

  3. Visualize, or imagine the person clearly, mention the person’s name, and intention (General purpose or some specific need).

  4. Draw the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the air, next to your heart chakra.

  5. Chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  6. Imagine a bridge between you and that person.

  7. Send sei he ki three times, if deemed necessary.

  8. Mention your wish clearly in the format: May you ....

  9. Once the session is complete, then Send sei he ki three times, if deemed necessary.

  10. Draw the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the air, next to your heart chakra again, and/or chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  11. Say the affirmation that the reiki session is complete and successful.

  12. Cut the communication channel.

  13. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.

Distance Healing to yourself (Past)

  1. Sit in a comfortable position.

  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.

  3. Mention the intention: I am doing this session to cure a trauma in my own past.

  4. Chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  5. Imagine a bridge between you and your younger version of the period when the trauma happened.

  6. Place your hands on Heart Chakra.

  7. Chant Sie he ki  three times, and imagine that you are sending this healing to the heart chakra of your own self in the past. Do this for one and half minutes.

  8. Place your hands on Solar Plexus.

  9. Chant Sie he ki  three times, and imagine that you are sending this healing to the Solar Plexus chakra of your own self in the past. Do this for one and half minutes.

  10. Chant Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen three times.

  11. Say the affirmation that the reiki session is complete and successful.

  12. Cut the communication channel.

  13. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.

Note: Above method can be used to heal past trauma about a person as well, rather than a single event.

In Step# 5, instead of your younger version, imagine the person who caused you a trauma, and you wish to release any feelings about it.
Replace steps 6,7,8 and 9 by:
a. Chant Sie he ki  three times.
b. Set the intention that, you no longer wish to carry the burden of the trauma caused by you (the person), and you are releasing any feelings about it.
c. Chant Sie he ki  three times.

For all of the above methods:
Rough estimate of timing:
Steps 2-5: 1.5 minute
Steps 6-7: 1.5 Minute
Steps 8-9: 1.5 Minute
Steps 10-13: 1.5 Minute
