Focused Reiki practice for Health issues

  1.  Determine which Chakras need to be balanced, based on the above blog.
  2.  Sit in a comfortable position.
  3. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.
  4. Set the intention: I invite Reiki to flow for my highest good and support my health in <my health issues>.
  5. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands.
  6. Chant cho ku rei three times.
  7. Draw Sie he ki symbol in the air, by hands.
  8. Chant Sie he ki  three times.
  9. Place hands on the first desired Chakra.
  10. Say affirmation. Sample: Let this chakra be open, balanced and in harmony and support the health of <the ailing area or issue>. OR Reiki is flowing now and supporting my <ailment> health.
  11. Do this for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Repeat steps 9 thru 11 for all desired chakras.
  13. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands (Also, chant 3 time), to seal the session.
  14. Do the grounding routine, by placing hands on thighs or knees, without energizing it, with a simple intention: I am grounded, safe, and energy is integrated within me.
  15. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.

Similar routine can be followed to ease pain in the body. Following example is designed to ease pain in lower back. Same routine can be used to ease pain in other body parts (shoulder, foot etc). Multiple body parts can be combined in one single routine.
  1.  Sit in a comfortable position.
  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.
  3. Set the intention: I invite Reiki to flow for my highest good, especially to treat and ease pain in my lower back.
  4. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands.
  5. Chant cho ku rei three times.
  6. Draw Sie he ki symbol in the air, by hands.
  7. Chant Sie he ki  three times.
  8. Place one hand on lower back side, and other hand in the front side of the abdomen, so as to sandwich the area.
  9. Say affirmation. Sample: Reiki is flowing now and healing my lower back.
  10. Do this for 3-5 minutes.
  11. Additionally, balance the Solar plexus and root chakras: 2 minutes each.
  12. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands (Also, chant 3 time), to seal the session.
  13. Do the grounding routine, by placing hands on thighs or knees, without energizing it, with a simple intention: I am grounded, safe, and energy is integrated within me.
  14. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.
