Simplified Daily Reiki Practice

 Simplified Daily Reiki Practice.

This routing avoids repeating affirmations, and keeps everything simple. 
Given here is an example of bottom to top sequence. Reverse is also possible.

  1. Sit in a comfortable position.

  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.

  3. Set the intention: I invite Reiki to flow for my highest good. May this session bring balance, healing and clarity.

  4. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands.

  5. Chant cho ku rei three times.

  6. Draw Sie he ki symbol in the air, by hands.

  7. Chant Sie he ki  three times.

  8. Symbols may be drawn on hands, instead.

  9. Follow this pattern of Chakras and corresponding affirmations.


Root (base of spine / lower body): “I am safe and grounded.”

Sacral (below navel): “I allow joy and creativity to flow.”

Solar Plexus (stomach area): “I am confident and strong.”

Heart (center of chest): “I am love and compassion.”

Throat: “I express myself freely.”

Third Eye (between eyebrows): “I trust my inner wisdom.”

Crown (top of head): “I am connected to universal energy.”

10. Draw cho ku rei symbol in the air, by hands (Also, chant 3 time), to seal the session.
11. Do the grounding routine, by placing hands on thighs or knees, without energizing it, with a simple intention: I am grounded, safe, and energy is integrated within me.
12. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.
