Reiki Routine to get rid of unwanted thoughts from mind

 This routine can be done with or without use of symbols. Focus and intentions are more important.


  1. Sit in a comfortable position.

  2. Say a brief prayer to Reiki energy.

  3. Set the intention: I invite Reiki to cleanse and quiet my mind. I release all thoughts that do not serve my peace and well-being.”.

  4. Follow this pattern of Chakras. Spend 2 minutes on each Chakra.

  5. Assertion: I release all thoughts that do not serve my peace and well-being.”.

            Third Eye
            Heart
            Solar Plexus
       6.    Do the grounding routine, by placing hands on thighs or knees, without                     energizing it, with a simple intention: I am grounded, safe, and energy is                     integrated within me.
        7. Close out by saying thanks to Reiki.


Above routine can be used to let go past anger and pain.

Only difference is:

Set the intention: I invite Reiki to release my past anger and pain, and cleanse my mind of those thoughts.

Assertion for each chakra: I release my past anger and pain. I am free from those negative emotions.
